Work Description (Include Candidates Way)
What You’ll Do: Improve Processes: Streamline operations to boost efficiency and automate tasks when possible. Manage Tasks: Oversee non-automated tasks (like admin work) and track important business metrics to enhance the admin system. Lead Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects to improve platform performance. Collaborate on Tech: Monitor how features are used and work with local teams to enhance performance. Analyze Data: Develop and monitor performance metrics for both products and operations. What You’ll Need: Proven track record in driving cross-departmental projects. Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Eager to work in a fast-paced, small team environment. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels. Strong business judgment, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach.
