Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated R&D/NPI Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical or aerospace engineering, particularly in thermal and fluid dynamics. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to grow and make a significant impact in cutting-edge thermal technologies. If you are driven by curiosity, innovation, and the desire to learn, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Design of Experiments: Lead the design and execution of thermal testing for prototypes, including resistance testing and Qmax analysis, with a focus on innovation and improvement. • Problem-Solving: Employ a systematic approach to problem-solving and conduct thorough root cause analyses, using challenges as opportunities for growth. • Collaboration: Work closely with in-house production teams to facilitate seamless product manufacturing, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success. Preferred Skills: • Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities that inspire collaboration and drive results. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation. • Technical Proficiency in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software and Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA) techniques. Qualifications: • An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or other engineering disciplines is preferred. • At least 2 years of industry experience is ideal. • Fluency in both Chinese and English is necessary for effective communication
