1. Integrate customer needs and requirements 2. Manage the daily customer relationship across all levels of the organization 3. Deliver profitable sales growth with a focus on forecasting, prospecting, price management, and new business development 4. Develop an account plan for Telecom industry customers, involving a fully developed customer needs analysis, short-term and long-term goals and tactics, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation 5. Align cross-functional teams' efforts to fulfill and exceed the customers' goals and meet the key performance metric standards 6.
