About the MA program Our Management Associate Programme (MAP) is for aspiring graduates who are seeking to become our future leaders and make a lasting impact in the logistics industry. We are looking for individuals who will thrive in our dynamic work environment. What’s in store for our Management Associates: 1. Experiential Learning a. Job rotations across different business units b. Cross-functional exposure c. Participate in strategic projects and special assignments 2. Accelerated Growth a. Groomed for leadership/specialized roles b. 2-year accelerated career programme 3. Mentorship & Development a. Dedicated mentor b. Senior management engagement 4. Compensation & other details a. Annual Package: 1,260,000 NTD – 1,400,000 NTD b. One time relocation subsidy c.
